Kevin Bingley-
Kevin is a native of Leicester, UK, and has been playing
guitar and
singing in bands since the 1960s. While working with Tasco,
the
UK-based tour support company, he toured extensively with Elton John,
Supertramp,
Thin Lizzy and The Captain
and
Tennile, among
many others,
As a guitarist, he became the bandmate of Ric Grech-
who,
along with Ginger
Baker, Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood, comprised Blind Faith-
widely recognized as the world's first "Supergroup".
Kevin also
played in The Fabs,
one of the earliest bands managed by billionaire Richard
Branson, of
Virgin Records and Airlines fame. Kevin and Rick are
exactly
the same age- born on the same day, in the same year. Kevin
has been a
Mustard Man since the beginning in 2004. He plays
guitars, sings
lead vocals and writes original music for the
Mustards. Kevin 's
"day" gig is with Rodem, Inc.
Rick
McDuffie
- Rick was
born and
reared in southeastern North Carolina, and is a lifelong
musician. Beginning with piano lessons from his mother
at 6 years
old, Rick has never really stopped making music. Rick
played in a
succession of rock bands in junior high and high school, as
well as in
graduate school. He and Harry Tueting were close friends
at John
T. Hoggard High School in Wilmington, and renewed their
friendship when
Rick moved back to North Carolina in 1991. They have
performed
together in various configurations since then, and regularly
with Mister
Mustard
since Tueting joined the group in 2005. Rick plays
keyboards,
brass instruments and a wide variety of stringed
instruments.
With Mister
Mustard, his primary duties are bass, guitars and
lead
vocals. Rick is an ordained minister, and has been
pastor of Oak Grove and Center
Ridge Presbyterian Churches since 2001.
Harry Tueting- Harry is a native of Cincinatti, Ohio and has been playing
guitar
since his early teens. He is a veteran of the Triangle
music
scene and has played with many local bands, including Hot
Pursuit, The Debbie
Elam Band and Rain Dance. He is owner of Harry's
Guitar
Shop, Raleigh's leading pro shop for guitarists. Harry
plays
guitar, bass and sings lead vocals with Mister
Mustard.
Mark Dunn- Californian Mark Dunn began
playing drums
at the age of 10. While living in Memphis, Tennessee,
Mark worked
for many years as studio drummer with Sam Phillips at Sun
Studios, home
of the "Million Dollar Trio"- Johnny Cash, Carl
Perkins and Elvis Presley. While playing in The Debbie
Elam Band
with Harry and Rick, Mark had the opportunity to appear with
many major
touring acts, including The Charlie Daniels Band.
Mark loves to play the drums, and he loves music. He is
the
newest member of Mister Mustard, joining in 2010.
Mister
Mustard
pays tribute to influences like The Beatles, Bob Dylan,
Elton John, CCR, The Band, etc., but also serves up a
plateful
of hot, spicy new material. All four sing lead and harmony,
play a
variety of instruments, and write. Mister Mustard's gigs are
remarkable
mostly because they're just fun - Harry, Rick, Mark and Kevin
really
are good buddies, and they revel in sharing good music with
their
friends. The onstage comraderie and chemistry of Mister
Mustard is
contagious!
